Though Terra (earth) and Langit (sky) may seem like opposites, YC’s friendship with Zi and Lilian led to Langit Collective, bridging the gap between the Lun Bawang’s heirloom rice and the market. Naturally grown without chemicals, the rice’s rich, distinct flavors amazed YC, inspiring him to feature it in his cooking.
Chocolate Concierge, founded by Ong Ning-Geng, explores Malaysia’s finest single-origin cocoa, showcasing flavor nuances influenced by regional climates and soils. Ning’s passion and precision, paired with sustainable practices learned from the Orang Asli, create chocolates free of chemicals that have won the hearts of chefs and connoisseurs alike.
