Terra Etymology: Latin, literally
'earth'.
Earth, our shared home on which we can firmly plant our feet and feel safe and grounded. It contains and sustains us. It indulges us in its richness through an endless ecosystem of grains, vegetables, fruits, fungi, livestock, game, and seafood.
We seek to tell this age-old tale of searching and discovering great ingredients by curating a meal which celebrates the diversity of our region. From lofty highlands to vast plains, from meandering rivers to majestic seas, we are blessed with edible treasures from shore to shore. They are the words from which we weave our story.
